- In a non-stick pan over low heat, combine condensed milk , egg yolks, and butter. Stir continuously to avoid burning, until everything is well combined and starts thickening—about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes until it's manageable to handle. Scoop a small amount of the mixture and form into balls about 2 to 3 cm using your hands.
