    Recipe Ingredients

    Cinnamon Sugar: ¼ cup; a sweet blend of cinnamon and sugar for coating.

    Butter: 2 Tbsp; melted, to baste and help the sugar stick.

    Tortillas: 3 small; cut into wedges or strips for baking.

    Cut the tortilla into wedges

    Baste the tops wedges with melted butter.

    Ingredients
      

    • ¼ cup of cinnamon sugar
    • 2 tablespoon of butter
    • 3 small tortillas

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat the oven to 375 F/190 C.
    • cut the tortilla into wedges or strips with pizza roller or knife
    • Baste the tops of each tortilla wedges with melted butter.
    • Generously sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of the tortillas.
    • Place them on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and bake on the middle rack for 8 to 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
    • transfer to a cooling rack immediately and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
