These moist Banana Pumpkin Muffins are packed with warm fall spices, ripe bananas, and pumpkin puree for the perfect soft and fluffy treat.

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 medium ripe bananas mashed
- ¾ cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1/1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Preheat oven to 350*F
Line muffin tins with paper liners
In a large mixing bowl whisk sugars and butter for 2 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time and mix well
Add pumpkin puree and bananas and stir to combine
Add baking soda, baking powder, salt and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well.
Add 1 cup flour, mix well add remaining flour and mix until just combined , stir in chocolate chips
Using a cookie scoop, scoop batter into prepared muffin liners.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or springy and golden and toothpick comes out clean from the center of a muffin.
