- 2 Bananas sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Walnuts chopped
- Flaky sea salt
In a skillet over medium heat and melt butter, add brown sugar and sliced banana, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and caramelized. Remove from the pan and add chopped walnuts and toast for about 1 minute.
In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
Place yogurt in 2 bowls topped with warm caramelized bananas, toasted walnuts, and flaky sea salt, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!!
