This Caramelized banana Yoghurt Bowl recipe holds a special place in my heart as it reminds me of lazy Sunday mornings spent in the kitchen with my family. The aroma of caramelizing bananas fills the house, creating a cozy atmosphere that invites everyone to gather and enjoy a meal together. Plus, the fusion of textures with creamy yogurt, soft bananas, and crunchy walnuts makes each bite a delightful experience!

    Recipe Ingredients

Bananas: 2, sliced for perfect caramelization.

Butter: 2 tablespoons, used to melt and create a rich base for cooking.

Brown Sugar: 2 tablespoons, for that deliciously sweet caramel flavor.

Cinnamon: ½ teaspoon, adds warmth and spice to the dish.

Greek Yogurt: 2 cups, creamy and nutritious base for the bowl.

Walnuts: 2 tablespoons, chopped for a delightful crunch on top.

Flaky Sea Salt: a pinch to elevate the flavors sensibly.

Add brown sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Cook for 2–3 minutes per side

Tips and Tricks to Nail the Recipe

    • Make sure to use ripe bananas for the best sweetness and caramelization.
    • If you have leftovers, store the caramelized bananas in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
    • For a nut-free option, feel free to substitute walnuts with sunflower seeds or omit them entirely.
    • This dish pairs wonderfully with a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of granola for added texture!
