    Shahida's Tips & Tricks

    • Use canned coconut milk for an extra rich filling if desired.
    • Store leftover Coconut Sugar Coated Balls in an airtight container to keep them fresh.

    • These treats make a fantastic gift when packaged in decorative boxes.

    Troubleshooting & FAQs

    Why is my caramel sticky?

Moisture can make the hard caramel coating become sticky, especially when refrigerated.

Why is my caramel not hardening?

It may not have cooked to a sufficiently high temperature.

Why is my coconut mixture too soft?

It needs more cooking or more chilling time before shaping.
