How to Make Bala Baiana

Melt butter, add the condensed milk and coconut flakes, cook for 5 to 7 minutes

Cook until the mixture thickens and form almost into a dough-like texture

Cover, and place into the fridge until cooled.

Grease your hands lightly and roll into bite-sized balls

Cook sugar, water, and lemon juice until the mixture is amber colored.

Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the condensed milk and coconut flakes, cook for 5 to 7 minutes , stirring occasionally
- Until the mixture thickens and form almost into a dough-like texture
