    Recipe Ingredients

    Graham cracker crumbs: 1 cup, the base for the crust that adds a sweet crunch.

    Sugar: 2 tablespoons, mixed into the crust for sweetness.

    Unsalted butter: 3 tablespoons, melted, to bind the crust ingredients together.

    Cream cheese: 4 ounces, for that creamy texture in the filling.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
    • 2 tablespoon Sugar
    • 3 tablespoon Unsalted butter melted
    • Lemon Bars
    • 4 Ounce cream cheese
    • 2 eggs
    • ½ Cup granulated sugar
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • Zest of 1 lemon
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a baking dish with a bit of butter. Set aside.
    • To a mixing bowl, add the melted butter, Graham cracker crumbs
    • and powdered sugar AND Mix until fully combined.
    • Dump this mixture into the greased baking dish and press down into the dish until evenly dispersed.
    • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese,eggs, sugar, lemo n zest, lemon juice and vanilla
    • Whisk until smooth , Pour the lemon cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the edges are golden
    • Let cool completely , sprinkle with powdered sugar, and enjoy!
