Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 14 oz cans of sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
 

  • STOVETOP METHOD.
  • Remove the label and place unopened cans on its side in a deep stockpot.(not upright)
  • Filled with water 1-2 inches above the cans .
  • Cover the pot and simmer for 3-4 hours.
  • Keep an eye on water level, add more hot water to keep the cans fully submerged.
  • Instant Pot / Pressure cooker METHOD
  • Cook on high for 35-40 minutes.
  • Cool completely, open your can and enjoy golden , delicious dulce de leche on top of your ice cream, cheesecake, pancakes and many more!!
  • Unopened cans are shelf-stable for 3 months .
