- In a bowl or cup whisk together the milk, yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract .Add the chia seeds, stir and allow to sit for about 10 minutes and stir once more
- Cover the cup and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- divide the chia pudding into two small jars or ramekins, drizzle with peanut butter and top with chocolate chips and chopped almonds
