    Whipping Cream: ¼ cup, adds lightness and creaminess to the cheesecake base.

    Vanilla: 1 teaspoon, for a hint of sweet flavor.

    Powdered Sugar: ¾ cups sifted, for a lovely sweetness that blends smoothly.

    Strawberries: 1 cup, hulled and sliced, bringing color and freshness.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese , at room temperature
    • ¼ cup whipping cream
    • 1 teaspoons vanilla
    • ¾ cups sifted powdered sugar
    • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
    • 1 cup pineapple chunks
    • 1 mandarin oranges
    • 1 kiwi peeled and cut
    • 1 banana cut into coins

    Instructions
     

    • In a large mixing bowl add all fruits and Set aside.
    • In a separate bowl, add cream cheese and sugar beat with an electric mixer on low until combined, add whipping cream and vanilla beat until smooth.
    • Pour over the fruit and stir gently so the fruit stays intact. Cover and refrigerate for 2- 3-hours to let the flavors come together.
