    Recipe Ingredients

Alphonso mango pulp: 1.5 cups, provides the luscious sweetness and tropical flavor.

Black tea powder: 3 teaspoons, adds a bold and earthy base to balance the sweetness of the mango.

Water: 4 cups, used for brewing the tea.

Lime juice: ½ tablespoons, offers a zesty kick that brightens up the drink.

Sugar: ¼ cup or more, to taste, sweetens the tea to perfection.

Mint sprigs: 3 to 4, for a refreshing herbal note and beautiful garnish.

Tips and Tricks to Nail the Recipe

    • For a richer flavor, allow the tea to steep for longer than 15 minutes; just make sure it doesn't become too bitter.
    • If you plan on preparing this in advance, consider chilling the tea and mango mixture separately, then combine just before serving.
    • Feel free to substitute the black tea with green tea for a lighter taste, or use herbal tea for a caffeine-free option.
    • Serve this Mango Iced Tea alongside a platter of fresh fruits or light snacks for a perfect summer gathering!
