Ingredients

- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 3 tablespoon Unsalted butter melted
- Lemon Bars
- 4 Ounce cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- ½ Cup granulated sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a baking dish with a bit of butter. Set aside.
- To a mixing bowl, add the melted butter, Graham cracker crumbs
- and powdered sugar AND Mix until fully combined.
- Dump this mixture into the greased baking dish and press down into the dish until evenly dispersed.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese,eggs, sugar, lemo n zest, lemon juice and vanilla
- Whisk until smooth , Pour the lemon cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the edges are golden
- Let cool completely , sprinkle with powdered sugar, and enjoy!
