Add to the cooled chocolate mixture

Let cool for 30-40 minutes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper on two of the sides to create a sling.
- In a saucepan, melt the condensed milk and butter together over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Remove from the heat and add chocolate chips. stir until all of the chocolate chips have melted.
- In a cup whisk the brown sugar, eggs and vanilla together and add to the cooled chocolate mixture
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until just combined. (Do not overbeat the batter)
- Pour the prepared batter into the baking dish and Bake the brownies on the top rack for 45-50 minutes
- Let cool for 30-40 minutes before using the parchment paper sling to lift the brownies from the pan and then cut into 9 equal pieces
