    Recipe Ingredients

    Salted butter: ¼ cup, for richness and flavor.

    Light brown sugar: ¾ cup, for sweetness and to keep the brownies moist.

    Large eggs: 2, to bind the ingredients together and add structure.

    Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon, for a lovely layer of flavor.

    Sweetened condensed milk: 14 ounce can, to create that gooey texture.

    Cocoa powder: ½ cup, to bring in deep chocolate flavor.

    All-purpose flour: ½ cup, for structure.

    Semi-sweet chocolate chips: 1 cup, for chocolatey goodness throughout.

    Salt: ¼ teaspoon, to enhance the flavors.

     Melt the condensed milk and butter. Add chocolate chips. stir until all of the chocolate chips have melted.

    Whisk the brown sugar, eggs and vanilla together

    Add to the cooled chocolate mixture 

    Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

     Bake the brownies on the top rack for 45-50 minutes

    Let cool for 30-40 minutes

    Ingredients
      

    • ¼ cup salted butter
    • ¾ cup light brown sugar
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
    • ½ cup cocoa powder
    • ½ cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • ¼ teaspoon salt

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper on two of the sides to create a sling.
    • In a saucepan, melt the condensed milk and butter together over medium heat, stirring frequently.
    • Remove from the heat and add chocolate chips. stir until all of the chocolate chips have melted.
    • In a cup whisk the brown sugar, eggs and vanilla together and add to the cooled chocolate mixture
    • Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until just combined. (Do not overbeat the batter)
    • Pour the prepared batter into the baking dish and Bake the brownies on the top rack for 45-50 minutes
    • Let cool for 30-40 minutes before using the parchment paper sling to lift the brownies from the pan and then cut into 9 equal pieces
