    Recipe Ingredients

    Raw sunflower seeds: 4 tablespoons, adds a nutty flavor and crunch.

    Pumpkin seeds: 4 tablespoons, packed with nutrients and minerals.

    Chia seeds: 2 tablespoons, provides fiber and a nice texture.

    Flax seed: 2 tablespoons, known for omega-3 fatty acids and health benefits.

    Sesame seeds: 4 tablespoons, adds a lovely nutty flavor and crunch.

    Psyllium husk: 1 tablespoon, acts as a binder and thickener.

    Melted coconut oil: 1 tablespoon, adds richness and flavor.

    Garlic salt: 1 teaspoon, for a savory, flavorful kick.

    Boiling water: 250ml, helps to activate the seeds and thicken the mixture.

    Combine the seeds and psyllium husk. Add boiling water and garlic salt. Stir well to combine.

    Set aside for 15-20 minutes or until seeds absorb the water and thicken up.

    Spread out the mixture evenly with a thickness of about ⅛ inch

    Bake for 20-25 minutes

    Ingredients
      

    • 4 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
    • 4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
    • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
    • 2 tablespoon flax seed
    • 4 tablespoon sesame seeds
    • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk
    • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
    • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
    • 250 ml boiling water

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat your oven to 165°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper brushed with coconut oil and set aside.
    • In a bowl, combine the seeds and psyllium husk. Add boiling water, garlic and salt and stir well to combine.
    • Set aside for 15-20 minutes or until seeds absorb the water and thicken up. Pour the seed mixture onto the prepared tray.
    • Using the back of a spoon, spread out the mixture evenly with a thickness of about ⅛ inch. Bake for 20-25 minutes and rotate the tray halfway through.
    • Bake for another 10-12 minutes or until the crackers are dried on the top and are golden brown and crisp.
