Flax seed: 2 tablespoons, known for omega-3 fatty acids and health benefits.

- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 250 ml boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 165°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper brushed with coconut oil and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the seeds and psyllium husk. Add boiling water, garlic and salt and stir well to combine.
- Set aside for 15-20 minutes or until seeds absorb the water and thicken up. Pour the seed mixture onto the prepared tray.
- Using the back of a spoon, spread out the mixture evenly with a thickness of about ⅛ inch. Bake for 20-25 minutes and rotate the tray halfway through.
- Bake for another 10-12 minutes or until the crackers are dried on the top and are golden brown and crisp.
