Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and chopped
- 3 tablespoons BROWN sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 cups cold whole milk
- ¼ cup chopped strawberries to serve
- Ice cubes as desired
Instructions
- Strawberry Sauce: Combine chopped strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until strawberries release their juices forming a thick syrup. Remove from heat , Mash softened berries and allow to cool completely 2
