    Ingredients
      

    • ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon semi sweet chocolate chips
    • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
    • ¼ cup cocoa powder plus more for coating
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Instructions
     

    • Heat the condensed milk and cocoa powder in a small pan over a medium heat, cook until smooth and glossy, mixing consistently to stop it from burning.
    • Add the ¼ cup cocoa powder and vanilla and give it a gentle simmer until thick.
    • Take off the heat and set aside to cool slightly , grease your hands and roll mixture into a ball. then roll truffle ball in cocoa powder or chocolate sprinkles.
