Recipe Ingredients

Fresh Apricots: 6-7, peeled, cored, and chopped.

Sugar: ¼ cup, to sweeten the puree.

Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon, freshly squeezed for a zesty kick.

Peel, core and chop apricots 

Process with sugar and lemon juice until smooth puree. 

Pour the apricot puree in a thin layer around ⅛" to ¼" thick. 

Place in a preheated oven at 180˚F for about 5-6 hours

Ingredients
  

  • 6-7 Fresh apricot
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Peel, core and chop apricots
  • Add chopped apricot, ½ cup sugar and lemon juice to the food processor and process until smooth puree.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the apricot puree in a thin layer around ⅛" to ¼" thick.
  • Place in a preheated oven at 180˚F for about 5-6 hours or center is no longer gooey and it has a fruit leather consistency.
  • When leather has cooled, cut into strips and roll.
