    Ingredients
      

    • Walnut basil Pesto
    • 1 cups fresh basil leaves
    • 1-2 cloves garlic
    • ¼ cup walnuts
    • ½ cup grated cheese
    • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • To serve
    • 6 green olives pitted
    • 6 mini mozzarella balls drained
    • 6 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
    • 6-8 mini breadsticks
    • Basil leaves to serve

    Instructions
     

    • Toast walnuts in a dry skillet over medium low ,tossing frequently
    • Place basil, garlic, walnuts, cheese, salt and pepper in a food processor
    • Process until fully combine, add lemon juice
    • With the food processor running, slowly stream in olive oil
    • Pulse until smooth pesto
    • In a long thin appetizer cup, Add one tablespoon Walnut basil Pesto followed by mozzarella ball , olive, sun-dried tomato and mini breadstick Drizzle with some olive oil , top with basil leaves and serve!
