Ingredients
- For the whipped feta
- 1 block 8 ounces feta cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese/ Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon hot honey
- 2 tablespoons pistachios chopped
- ½ teaspoon orange zest
- for the cranberry sauce
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 ounces cranberries fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, add orange juice, sugar, cranberries and honey , bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 10 minutes until cranberries begin to burst and

- Let cool to room temperature

- In a food processor combine feta, cream cheese, olive oil, and hot honey until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

- Using the back of a spoon to create swirls
- Generously Spoon the cranberry sauce over cheese swirls,
- Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and orange zest
