Ingredients
- 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Rub the drained and rinsed chickpea between two large paper towels to remove the skins
- Combine chickpeas, peanut butter, honey ,lemon juice, and salt in a bowl of food processor.
- While processing, add 1-2 teaspoons of cold water, until the hummus is smooth and creamy. Add more water for a thinner consistency
- Serve with graham crackers, sliced apples, or eat it right off the spoon
