Yogurt Peanut Butter Dip
This creamy yogurt peanut butter dip is an easy snack that combines tangy Greek yogurt with rich, nutty peanut butter and a touch of honey. It takes just a few minutes to make and is perfect when you want something simple, creamy, and satisfying.
Just like my honey walnut cream cheese dip, it's incredibly versatile. Serve it with crisp apple slices, bananas, crackers, or your favorite fresh fruit for an easy snack.

I love trying out different dips and spreads, especially for holiday parties and get-togethers. My Dulce de Leche spread was such a hit the last time I made it and served it with my cinnamon sugar tortilla chips.
And of course, my Air Fryer S'mores dip is a total crowd pleaser everytime I make it. This time, I wanted to try something a bit healthier, more rich and indulgent. And that's when I tried this recipe.

Why This Recipe
- This dip takes just 5 minutes to make and you don't need a blender, food processor, or any special equipment to put it together.
- Greek yogurt gives the dip a creamy, tangy base and peanut butter adds rich, nutty flavor.
- It's versatile enough to serve as a snack, light dessert, or party dip- like my apple cider caramel sauce and salted date caramel sauce.
Recipe Ingredients

Greek yogurt: To create the creamy, tangy base of the dip. Use unflavored Greek yogurt.
Peanut butter: Adds richness and a nutty flavor. Creamy peanut butter works best- I realized this when I made peanut butter hummus.
Honey: Provides sweetness and balances the yogurt and peanut butter.
Crushed peanuts: Add crunch and a simple finishing touch.
Substitutions & Variations
- Use maple syrup instead of honey for a slightly different flavor.
- Use crunchy peanut butter if you want extra texture throughout the dip.
- Try almond butter or cashew butter for a different nutty flavor.
- Try using different nuts for the topping- I love chopping up some of my brown sugar candied walnuts and use them!
How to Make Yogurt Peanut Butter Dip

Step 1: Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter and honey in a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Mix everything well until you get a uniform mixture.

Step 3: Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Shahida's Tips & Tricks
- Mix the yogurt and peanut butter thoroughly for a smooth, creamy texture.
- Start with less honey and add more if you prefer a sweeter dip.
- Crush the peanuts fairly finely so they're easy to scoop up with the dip.
- Prepare the dip just before serving when possible and leep leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container.
- Serve with a variety of dippers for different flavors and textures. Apple slices and bananas work well with this dip, but I personally love serving my Air Fryer apple wedges.
How to Serve Yogurt Peanut Butter Dip
Serve this dip with crisp apple slices, banana chunks, crackers, or other fresh fruit. It's great as an afternoon snack, a simple dessert, or part of a casual party spread with pecan pie dip, a fig galette or cranberry goat cheese truffles.
For a pretty presentation, spoon it into a shallow bowl, sprinkle the top with crushed peanuts, and drizzle over a little honey just before serving.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
Transfer any leftovers to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Give the dip a quick stir before serving if it has been sitting in the refrigerator.
Very thick peanut butter can take a little extra mixing to blend smoothly with the yogurt. Stir the peanut butter well before adding it, then mix the ingredients thoroughly.
