    Ingredients
      

    • 2 tablespoon golden raisins
    • 1 tablespoons butter
    • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
    • ¼ teaspoon lemon zest
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla
    • Pinch of salt
    • Pinch of powdered ginger

    • 3 Red apples peeled, cored and cut into bite sized pieces
