Combine the cranberries and orange juice, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours

Strain to remove the soked cranberries

Add powdered sugar and shake until every berry is fully coated

Bake for 5–7 minutes to dry the cranberries

- rinse and pat dry cranberries
- Combine the cranberries and orange juice, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 200°F.
- strain to remove the cranberries and place them into large clear container with a lid
- Add 2 cups powdered sugar and shake until every berry is fully coated
- put the cranberries into a colander and shake out the excess sugar if needed
- Spread the coated cranberries to a parchment-paper lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes to dry the cranberries. Do not bake too long,
- Allow to cool completely and enjoy!!
