    Ingredients
      

    • For the fruit
    • ½ heaped cup fresh quartered strawberries and blueberries
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla
    • For the crumble
    • 2 tablespoon butter
    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoon flour
    • 3 tablespoon rolled oats old fashioned
    • 1 tablespoon white sugar

    Method
     

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 deg C.
    2. In a bowl add the quartered strawberries, blueberries
    3. Cornstarch , sugar, vanilla and stir together, fill into a cup or a ramekin.
    4. In a mixing bowl add the flour, oats, sugars, butter and salt , stir until the mixture is crumbly.
    5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the berries and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the juices are bubbling
    6. Enjoy warm with vanilla ice cream.
