    Recipe Ingredients

    Egg Yolks: 3 large yolks, add richness and creaminess to the pudding.

    Granulated Sugar: 2 tablespoons, to sweeten the egg mixture.

    Water: ¼ cup, used to dissolve the brown sugar.

    Dark Brown Sugar: ½ cup, packed, essential for that deep, caramel flavor.

    Unsalted Butter: ¾ stick, adds a luxurious finish to the pudding.

    Salt: ½ teaspoon, enhances the sweetness of the pudding.

    Whole Milk: 2 cups, provides the creamy texture needed for a rich pudding.

    Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon, for a warm vanilla flavor.

    Heavy Cream: ½ cup, ensures a velvety finish.

    Whisk the yolks, heavy cream, milk and granulated sugar

    Melt the brown sugar, water, and salt. Simmer until the mixture starts to bubble

    Pour the egg  mixture into the melted brown sugar while whisking

    Remove from the heat and add butter and  vanilla extract.

    Ingredients
      

    • 3 egg yolks
    • 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
    • ¼ cup water
    • ½ cup packed dark brown sugar,
    • ¾ stick unsalted butter
    • 1/ 2 teaspoon salt
    • 2 cups whole milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ cup heavy cream

    Instructions
     

    • In a measuring cup or a bowl, whisk the yolks, heavy cream, milk and granulated sugar until smooth.and keep near the stovetop
    • in a saucepan over medium heat Melt the brown sugar, water, and salt. Simmer until the mixture starts to bubble for about 5-6 minutes without stirring until it turns a deep golden brown .
    • Slowly pour the egg mixture into the melted brown sugar while whisking vigorously, simmer stirring continuously. Remove from the heat and add butter and vanilla extract,
    • strain with a mesh strainer and Pour the silky pudding in a serving bowl
    • Enjoy chilled or warm !!
