- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a measuring cup or a bowl, whisk the yolks, heavy cream, milk and granulated sugar until smooth.and keep near the stovetop
- in a saucepan over medium heat Melt the brown sugar, water, and salt. Simmer until the mixture starts to bubble for about 5-6 minutes without stirring until it turns a deep golden brown .
- Slowly pour the egg mixture into the melted brown sugar while whisking vigorously, simmer stirring continuously. Remove from the heat and add butter and vanilla extract,
- strain with a mesh strainer and Pour the silky pudding in a serving bowl
