Plus, it’s quick and easy to put together, making it a perfect choice for any gathering!

    Recipe Ingredients

    Digestive biscuits or graham crackers crumbs: 1 cup, for a crunchy base.

    Melted butter: 4 tablespoons, to bind the crumbs together.

    Cream cheese: 8 oz, softened for a creamy filling.

    Sugar: ½ cup, to sweeten the filling.

    Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon, for a hint of flavor.

    Heavy whipping cream: 1 cup, whipped to light and fluffy perfection.

    Blueberry sauce: ½ cup (made by cooking 1 cup blueberries with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon water until soft).

    Combine digestive biscuit crumbs and melted butter 

    Beat the cream cheese and sugar until it's  smooth and creamy

    Press the biscuit crumbs into small bowls or cups

    Top with blueberry sauce and chill for 2-4 hours

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup digestive biscuits/ graham crackers crumbs
    • 4 tablespoon melted butter
    • 8 oz cream cheese softened
    • ½ cup sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    • ½ cup blueberry sauce cook 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon water over medium heat until they release their juices and start to softened

    Instructions
     

    • Crush digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
    • combine digestive biscuits, crumbs and melted butter
    • Press the digestive biscuit crumbs into small bowls or cups
    • Beat the cream cheese and sugar until it's smooth and creamy
    • whip the cold whipping cream and vanilla for about 5-7 minutes.
    • until stiff peaks form
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and carefully spoon, top of each of the biscuit crusts
    • Top with blueberry sauce and chill for 2-4 hours, garnish with the blueberries, crushed digestive biscuit and enjoy!!
