    Recipe Ingredients

    Frozen Strawberries: 1 lb, thawed, providing the primary flavor and base of the soup.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 lb frozen strawberries thawed
    • ¾ cup Plain yogurt
    • ¼ cup Fresh Orange juice
    • 3 tablespoon honey
    • Salt and pepper
    • Mint for serving optional

    Instructions
     

    • Add strawberries, yogurt, orange juice, honey and a pinch of salt to the blender and puree until smooth. Add more yogurt if needed, for a thinner soup, add some more orange juice and 1 teaspoon honey
    • Let it chill for 2-3 hours,Shake well and add to the bowl, Add chopped fresh strawberries, mint and pepper as garnish.
