Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen strawberries thawed
- ¾ cup Plain yogurt
- ¼ cup Fresh Orange juice
- 3 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper
- Mint for serving optional
Instructions
- Add strawberries, yogurt, orange juice, honey and a pinch of salt to the blender and puree until smooth. Add more yogurt if needed, for a thinner soup, add some more orange juice and 1 teaspoon honey
- Let it chill for 2-3 hours,Shake well and add to the bowl, Add chopped fresh strawberries, mint and pepper as garnish.
