Recipe Ingredients

Mango pulp: 1½ cups, the star ingredient that adds natural sweetness and flavor.
Light cream: 1.25 cups, for a creamy and smooth texture.
Whole milk: 1 cup, used to lighten the cream and enhance creaminess.
Agar agar powder: 1.5 teaspoons, a vegetarian alternative to gelatin, used as a setting agent.
Water: ¼ cup, for soaking the agar agar strands.
Sugar: ½ cup, adjust to your taste to enhance the sweetness.
Vanilla extract or essence: ½ teaspoon, for an aromatic lift in flavor.
Lemon zest: ¼ teaspoon, to add a delicate citrus note that brightens the pudding.

Bring to a simmer whisking regularly.

Mango Panna Cotta
Ingredients
- 1½ cups mango pulp
- 1.25 cups light cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1.5 teaspoons agar agar powder
- ¼ cup water for soaking the agar agar strands
- ½ cup sugar – add as per taste
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla essence
- ¼ teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
- into a small saucepan Pour the ¼ cup water then sprinkle the agar agar powder and let it sit for 3 minutes to soften.
- Place the saucepan over low heat and let the agar agar dissolve completely . Add mango pulp, light cream, whole milk,sugar and lemon zest stir well to combine fully.
- Bring to a simmer for 5-7 minutes, whisking regularly.
- Add vanilla, stir and Pour into your dessert bowls and chill for 2- 3 hours
- Top with mango cubes, mint leaves or mango coulis and serve chilled
