Recipe Ingredients

2 medium apples: Choose your favorite variety, such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp, for added sweetness and flavor.
¼ cup brown sugar: This will create a rich, caramel-like flavor in your filling.
½ teaspoon cinnamon: A must-have spice to bring warmth and depth to the dish.
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted: Adds moisture and richness to the oat filling.
¼ cup rolled oats: Provides a delightful texture and heartiness.

Air Fryer Baked Apples
Ingredients
- 2 medium apples
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- ice cream for serving (optional )
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer at 330°F for 5 minutes
- Cut the apple in half, using a melon baller or small spoon, scoop out the core and seeds.
- in a bowl combine oats, brown sugar, chopped pecans ,butter, and cinnamon
- Stuff the oat filling evenly into all apple halves and Place into the air fryer basket
- air fry for 13 to 15 minutes, until softened and the topping is deep golden brown in color.
- for an extra special treat, top them with ice cream and Serve !!
