Plus, it’s a great way to start your day with nutritious ingredients that keep you full and energized!

    Recipe Ingredients

Old-fashioned rolled oats: 3 cups, the base of our granola for a hearty texture.

Pecans: 1 cup, chopped, adding a rich, buttery flavor.

Almonds: 1 cup, sliced, for a delightful crunch and nutty taste.

Salt: ½ teaspoon, enhancing the flavors of the nuts and oats.

Ground ginger: 1 teaspoon, bringing warmth and depth to the mix.

Cinnamon: ¾ teaspoon, for that classic aromatic sweetness.

Ground nutmeg: ¼ teaspoon, adding a subtle spice to the blend.

Ground clove: A pinch, introducing a warm, festive note.

Pure honey: ¼ cup, sweetening the granola naturally.

Molasses: 2 tablespoons, for richness and slight bitterness.

Coconut oil: 3 tablespoons, melted, adding a lovely hint of coconut flavor.

Brown sugar: 2 tablespoons, packed, for extra sweetness.

Vanilla extract: ½ teaspoon, rounding out the flavor profile.

Combine the oats, pecans, sliced almonds and salt

In a small saucepan cook the coconut oil, honey, molasses, and brown sugar, until smooth.
