Recipe Ingredients

Old-fashioned rolled oats: 3 cups, the base of our granola for a hearty texture.
Pecans: 1 cup, chopped, adding a rich, buttery flavor.
Almonds: 1 cup, sliced, for a delightful crunch and nutty taste.
Salt: ½ teaspoon, enhancing the flavors of the nuts and oats.
Ground ginger: 1 teaspoon, bringing warmth and depth to the mix.
Cinnamon: ¾ teaspoon, for that classic aromatic sweetness.
Ground nutmeg: ¼ teaspoon, adding a subtle spice to the blend.
Ground clove: A pinch, introducing a warm, festive note.
Pure honey: ¼ cup, sweetening the granola naturally.

- In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the coconut oil, honey , molasses, and brown sugar. Cook, until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in Spices and vanilla.
- Pour the warm molasses mixture over the oat mixture. Stir until everything is coated well.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet in a thin layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Stir, and return to bake for another 15 minutes.until golden and fragrant.
